Then on March 16, there is a Saxon Brown Wine Pairing Dinner at Zin American Bistro with five wines and four tasty courses for $89 a person. One of Palm Springs premier steakhouses, Mr. Lyons is offering a Fiddlehead Cellar “Wine and Dine” on March 24 at 7 p.m. During this $100 a pop meal you will meeth Rob Fry of Fiddlehead Cellars. The $100 pairing includes a menu of seared octopus, lamb carpaccio, braised short ribs and a bruleed cheesecake.
